How 2 Go There: Maldives!
Maldives is a pricey place, but there are a lot of point options to get and stay there. You can use Hilton, Marriott, IHG and Hyatt points at a variety of resorts that are their own islands. Awards on flights can be found using British Airways (/iberia/Qatar) Avios to book flights and perhaps the best deal if you can find it, is using American miles to book a Qatar Airways flight in business class! Be aware, once you are there, you are still on the hook to play for your seaplane transfers or if the resort is close enough to Male, you might get a less expensive boat (or even free) transfer.
