Pricing

I charge a fixed consultation fee based on your type of vacation and number of travelers. Sometimes airfare deals and award space availability varies based on how many people are traveling or how many rooms are needed. So, it may take me more time to recommend what works best for you and your companions.

For domestic travel (within the 50 States and Puerto Rico), I charge $20 per person for only airfare consultation. $15 per hotel room or single home share (Airbnb, Vrbo, etc.) consultation. $10 total for rental car consultation.

For example, a family of 4 flying from JFK to Seattle with car rental and one hotel room would be $105 total.

A couple flying from Baltimore to Orlando and staying at two different hotels during the course of their trip without a rental car would be $70.

Payment options are discussed after we make initial email contact. Payment will be rendered prior to the start of my consultation. Further terms and conditions will be included in my email response to your initial inquiry.

For all international travel, whether between countries or within a foreign country, I charge $30 per person for airfare consultation, $20 per hotel room or single home share, and $10 total for car rental consultation.

For example, a solo traveler flying from LAX to Singapore and staying at one hotel, then flying to Bali and staying at another hotel with no car rentals would be $70.

A family of 4 flying from BWI to Punta Cana and staying at one hotel with one rental car would be $150.
